Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist with experience in managing, editing, writing, and optimizing content for websites and e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on quality and user experience. Coordination with teams and monitoring of metrics for optimization. At Wiper Agency, we are looking for an experienced Digital Content Specialist to join the team supporting one of our key clients. This is a hybrid position (some days remote, others from the office). Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive content management across digital platforms (websites, e\-commerce, microsites, etc.). * Image editing and optimization for digital use (cropping, resizing, compression, appropriate format). * Writing, proofreading, and enhancement of product, service, campaign, and informational section copy. * Management of digital catalogs, including bulk uploads, categorization, and product updates. * Review and assurance of content quality: links, formats, visual consistency, usability, and user experience. * Basic technical support to clients regarding their websites: content updates, resolution of minor errors, improvement suggestions. * Coordination with design, web development, and marketing teams for effective implementation of changes. * Monitoring of content performance metrics (traffic, clicks, errors, conversions) and generation of reports with optimization recommendations. * Support in implementing on\-page SEO strategies (keyword usage, metadata, content structure). * Participation in continuous improvement projects for digital platforms and customer experience. * Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in digital content management or similar roles. * Basic knowledge of e\-commerce platforms and CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.). * Proficiency with image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.). * Excellent writing, spelling, and ability to adapt to different communication styles. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in dynamic environments. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and UX/UI principles is desirable. * Professional or advanced student in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, Computer Science, or related fields. * Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and self-management. * **Residence in Mexico City and full-time availability.** * **Interested candidates, please send your CV and salary expectations to rrhh@wiperagency.com with "Digital Content" in the subject line.** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Hybrid remote in 14330, Granjas Coapa, CDMX
