Your talent can inspire the future!* **REQUIREMENTS:** * Be a student in the final semesters of Psychology (organizational or industrial), Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * Intermediate to advanced English level * GPA equal to or greater than 8 * No failed courses * Availability of 5 hours daily in the mornings. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, interviews, candidate coordination). * Support payroll processing and file management.
