Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator with experience in line supervision, report completion, food safety, and machinery maintenance, with a focus on product quality control. Knowledge of food safety and GMPs Production Operator $10,000 MXN net **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Production Machine Operator * Experience in full-line production supervision, report or logbook completion, food safety, adherence to manufacturing guidelines, manufacturing activity scheduling, cleaning and maintenance of production machinery, and continuous evaluation and feedback to operators. * Education: High school diploma / Incomplete bachelor’s degree Knowledge and Responsibilities: * Knowledge and experience in food safety * Solid knowledge of GMPs * Verify and authorize production lines for startup according to established guidelines. * Accurate completion of logbooks * Verify that the product complies with established specifications during preparation, dosing, baking, packaging, and labeling. * Schedule, adjust, clean, and maintain production line machinery * Monitor raw materials inventory and production plan * Ensure use of PPE (hazmat suits, face masks, and hairnets) Weekly salary \+ punctuality bonus and attendance bonus Weekly productivity bonus Grocery vouchers Statutory benefits Opportunity for growth Work location: Naucalpan / 01 de Mayo Schedule: First, second, and third shifts Interested candidates who fully meet the profile should apply via this channel or email Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10,500\.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
