Job Summary: We are seeking a young, creative, and proactive professional to strategically manage social media, design visual content, and produce engaging videos—focused on purposeful communication and community building. Someone who understands the digital pulse, communicates with intention, and masters the tools needed to build community and generate impact.* **Main Responsibilities:** ● Design and implement the **social media content calendar** (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) ● **Create graphic posts** (static and animated), aligned with the brand’s visual identity. ● Produce **short videos** for Reels, TikToks, and advertising campaigns. ● Manage and monitor **community interaction**: respond to messages and comments, and keep conversations active. ● **Measure, analyze, and report** on campaign and content performance. ● **Propose creative and dynamic ideas** to improve engagement and organic growth. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to **align content with business objectives.** **Essential Requirements:** ● 2\+ years of experience managing social media for brands. ● Advanced knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. ● Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop. ● Experience with video editing platforms: CapCut, Filmora, Final Cut, or similar. ● Ability to write creative, concise, and effective copy. ● Strong spelling and writing skills. ● Organizational skills and commitment to deadlines. ● Proactive, curious mindset with an aesthetic eye. **OFFER** * ***SALARY: MXN 12,000\.00 per month, free of deductions \+ productivity bonuses.*** * ***Statutory benefits.*** * ***Work schedule: Monday to Friday.*** * ***Growth opportunities.*** * ***Work location: Near Ciudad Satélite, State of México.*** ***Interested candidates must apply through this channel.*** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract Application question(s): * Do you live near the Ciudad Satélite area?
