We are seeking a Service Leader to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising floor operations, ensuring an excellent customer service experience, proper team organization, and adherence to operational standards during each shift. Responsibilities: * Supervise daily service and floor operations. * Coordinate waitstaff and hostess teams. * Ensure customer service standards. * Supervise cleaning, setup, and organization of the dining area. * Monitor service timing and operational flow. * Resolve incidents with customers and operational staff. * Maintain constant communication with kitchen, bar, and management. * Assist in opening, closing, and general operational supervision. * Train and monitor operational staff.
