




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operational Coordinator to plan, implement, and supervise social programs, managing projects, evaluating outcomes, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Coordination and supervision of work teams **JOIN OUR TEAM AS:** **OPERATIONAL COORDINATOR.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Flexible working hours. * Minimum three years of experience in this position. * Completed Bachelor’s degree in: Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Social Work, Public Health, or related fields. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Strategic and operational planning of social programs. * Design, implementation, and monitoring of social impact projects. * Development and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs). * Outcome evaluation and measurement of social impact. * Budget administration and control. * Preparation of reports for donors and strategic partners. * Analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data. * Database management and information systematization. * Understanding of nonprofit organization operations. * Preparation of technical and executive reports. * Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills. * Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * CRM usage for information management. * Cloud-based collaborative work (Google Drive, OneDrive, or others). * Program documentation and records management. * Operational process management and continuous improvement. **SKILLS:** * Planning and organization of activities and projects. * Coordination and supervision of work teams. * Strategic thinking for decision-making. * Information analysis for process improvement. * Effective oral and written communication. * Writing institutional reports and reports. * Leadership ability and goal tracking. * Resolution of operational problems. * Prioritization of tasks and achievement of objectives. * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams. * Adaptability to dynamic environments. * Relationship management with partners and donors. * Capacity for continuous learning. * Proactivity in project development. **COMPETENCIES:** * Advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis and tracking. * Preparation of program-specific results reports. * Organization and control of operational information. * Supervision of field activity implementation. * Timely tracking of institutional indicators and goals. * Process documentation and generation of impact evidence. * Logistical coordination of program activities. * Attention to detail in information handling. * Ability to work under objective- and outcome-based frameworks. * Organization of digital and physical files. * Operational discipline and process compliance. * Professional ethics and institutional responsibility. **WE OFFER:** Monthly salary of $19,000.
