Design of training, onboarding, and retention plans **RH HUNTING is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are actively searching for your talent in **Human Resources within the Healthcare Sector!** **Work Location:** Southern area of Mexico City (CDMX). **Work Modality:** On-site and field-based. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field **(degree holder).** * **3 to 5 years’ experience** in operational recruitment within the healthcare sector. * Proven experience recruiting profiles such as **general nurses, nursing assistants, and caregiving staff in geriatrics or similar areas.** * Proficiency in using job boards (OCC, Indeed, and LinkedIn). * Knowledge of validating professional licenses, employment references, and basic clinical documentation. * Familiarity with high-turnover recruitment. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Willingness and ability to travel to various branches (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of nursing and operational staff. * Posting and managing job vacancies across multiple platforms. * Competency-based interviews and psychometric assessments. * Integration and control of complete personnel files. * Implementation of strategies to reduce turnover. * Design of training and onboarding programs. * Development of retention and loyalty plans. * Workplace climate management. * Pre-payroll coordination. **Skills:** * High sense of urgency. * Organized follow-up. * Decision-making ability. * Effective communication. * Empathy. **Offer:** * Base salary of $20,000 net monthly. * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
