Development in an industrial or manufacturing environment **Human Resources Analyst** **Job Objective** Provide comprehensive support for Human Resources processes at LADISA, ensuring proper personnel administration, regulatory compliance, and execution of processes including recruitment, payroll, training, and labor relations. **3. Key Responsibilities** * Execute **recruitment and selection** processes (operational and administrative). * Manage personnel files (hiring, termination, contracts). * Support incident control for **payroll** (absences, tardiness, overtime). * Coordinate and follow up on **training** programs. * Support **onboarding** of new employees. * Manage IMSS-related transactions (enrollment, termination, modifications). * Follow up on performance evaluations. * Address employee inquiries and support workplace climate initiatives. * Support internal and external audits for policy compliance. * Monitor departmental indicators (turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage). **Job Profile Education** * Bachelor’s degree in: Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field **Experience** * Over 3 years in Human Resources * ISO 22000 certifications * Proficiency in Sirce * Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies (preferred) **Knowledge** * Federal Labor Law * Payroll management * Operational recruitment * KPI management * IMSS-related procedures * Intermediate Excel **Competencies** * Organization and control * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results-oriented mindset * Confidentiality * Problem-solving * Passion for service We Offer * Statutory benefits * Salary up to $14,000.00 **Work Location: Naucalpan** **Working Hours: 8:30 AM–6:30 PM Monday–Friday; Saturdays 9:00 AM–12:00 PM** Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
