Requirements: Education: Civil Engineer, Architect, or Architectural Engineer Experience: 2–3 years (verifiable) Specific knowledge in: BIM methodology, REVIT Architecture, Navisworks, MS Project, Office, AutoCAD Desirable knowledge: Revit Structure, Revit MEP English: Advanced (conversational) \- Interview required Must have personal computer equipment Competencies: * Technology skills applicable to construction. * Problem-solving skills. * Teamwork and empathy. * Effective oral and written communication. Responsibilities: * Support implementation of processes defined by the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator. * Model 3D elements using BIM methodology. * Create 3D visualizations of construction elements and link data to the model. * Document executive projects. * Generate clash reports. * Extract scheduling and control tables. * Document executive projects. * Perform 4D simulations according to construction schedule. * Operate BIM software (RVT, NWC, AUTOCAD, etc.). * Comply with BIM standards. * Interact within BIM environments.
