We take pride in building a culture where every individual feels valued, inspired, and an essential part of our success. **Responsibilities:** * Receiving new equipment * Asset labeling and inventory management * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and mobile devices * User support via Help Desk * On-site and remote user support for laptops and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iPhone, Android) * Software installation according to defined user profiles * Support for wired and wireless networks (basic) **Requirements:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in Help Desk * Windows Server administration (basic) * Linux server administration (basic) * Configuration of operating system environments (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android) * Installation and configuration of licensed software * Organized and self-managed **What We Offer:** * Full salary \+ statutory benefits * Exciting and challenging projects enabling professional growth * Working hours: 9 AM to 7 PM * Southern zone of CDMX.
