This opportunity is for you! ***Telephone Customer Service Executive*** We are looking for individuals with a service-oriented attitude, who are proactive, dynamic, and passionate about customer service. **Requirements:** * Customer service experience (not sales or collections). * Demonstrable job stability. * Excellent verbal communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. **Responsibilities:** * Handle customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat. * Provide information regarding products and services. * Follow up on and resolve customer requests. * Update information in the system. * Escalate cases when necessary. * Participate in the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
