Join Our Team!!! **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Psychology, or related fields (degree certificate and professional license) Age: 30 to 50 years old * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience using CONTPAQi Payroll system. * Experience managing a staff roster of over 100 employees. * Familiarity with job platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise Human Resources department activities, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. * Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, as well as onboarding and training of new employees. * Administer and maintain up-to-date employee files, ensuring confidentiality of information. * Develop and implement talent development/training and retention programs, promoting a healthy and motivating work environment. * Track attendance and absence records for pre\-payroll processing. * Calculate biweekly payroll using the CONTPAQi Payroll system. * Disburse payroll through BBVA banking system. * Calculate payroll taxes (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 3%). * Operate IDSE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, SIPARE, SUA, and INFONAVIT systems. * Calculate severance payments, final settlements, Christmas bonuses (Aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and Vacation Premiums. **Skills:** * KPI Management * Departmental Performance Indicators * Personnel Management * Effective Communication * Objective-Based Work **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with position and experience * Statutory benefits * Growth Opportunities * Professional Development * Continuous Learning * Training and Development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
