Main Responsibilities: * Provide personalized in-branch customer service. * Evaluate gold and other precious metals. * Promote pawn loans. * Prepare contracts and follow up on customer portfolios. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in gold appraisal or pawnbroking. * Completed high school diploma (technical degree preferred). * Sales and customer service skills. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Reside in or be able to work in the TOLUCA area (EX CAMA DE PIEDRA).
