Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Appraiser responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and appraising pre-owned vehicles in accordance with brand guidelines and current market conditions. We are seeking a **Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Appraiser** responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and appraising pre-owned vehicles in accordance with brand guidelines and actual market conditions, ensuring profitable and transparent operations. **Responsibilities** * Perform **technical and commercial appraisals** of pre-owned vehicles. * Inspect mechanical, aesthetic, and documentary condition of vehicles. * Determine trade-in and resale values based on appraisal guides, market data, and VW standards. * Verify vehicle’s legal and administrative background. * Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Administration departments. * Ensure compliance with **Certified Pre-Owned** processes. * Prepare appraisal reports and technical opinions. **Requirements** * Minimum education: **Completed High School Diploma** (technical or related degree preferred). * Minimum **2 years’ experience in pre-owned vehicle appraisal**. * Knowledge of the automotive market and commercial pricing. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Proficiency in appraisal tools (EBC Guide, Blue Book, digital platforms). * Valid driver’s license. * Strong analytical ability, negotiation skills, and professional ethics. **Key Competencies** * Technical\-commercial analysis * Attention to detail * Negotiation * Honesty and objectivity * Working under pressure **We Offer** * Competitive base salary \+ bonus scheme. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for career growth within the automotive group.
