We are looking for a **Front Desk Manager** responsible for coordinating and supervising front desk operations, ensuring warm, efficient, and professional service to our guests, as well as the proper functioning of front desk administrative processes. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise front desk staff and assign daily tasks. * Ensure swift and efficient check-in and check-out processes. * Address and resolve guest requests, inquiries, or complaints. * Coordinate communication between the front desk and other hotel departments. * Monitor reservations, occupancy rates, and room availability. * Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators. * Train and evaluate front desk team members. * Ensure compliance with service standards and internal policies. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk or similar roles. * Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Leadership, organizational skills, and customer service orientation. * Flexible working hours. * Intermediate/advanced English (preferred).
