Job Summary: We are seeking a Food Engineer or related professional with experience in Quality Control, solid knowledge of quality certifications, and operational leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in Quality Control within the industry 2. Solid knowledge of certifications such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMPs 3. Profile with operational leadership and a focus on continuous improvement **Job Requirements** Education: Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering in Food, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable Quality Control experience. Solid knowledge of certifications: FSSC 22000, NOM 251, GMPs, HACCP, and allergens; applied in the industry. * Good Manufacturing Practices. * Good Hygiene Practices. * FIFO (First In, First Out). * FEFO (First Expired, First Out). * PRPs (Prerequisite Programs). * Production process. * HACCP. * FSSC 22000 v6 standard. * Occupational safety and hygiene. * We seek a candidate with operational leadership, results-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** Monthly salary: $12,000 to $14,000. Statutory benefits. Option for an indefinite-term contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM. Work location: San Francisco Culhuacan, Coyoacan, CDMX. Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
