Excellent work environment AMA PARTS Precision Machining At AMA PARTS, we are seeking a **Scrap Analyst** focused on analyzing and reducing scrap in CNC machining processes, contributing to continuous improvement and reduction of non-conformance costs. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor and analyze scrap levels per machine and process * Identify trends and root causes using quality tools * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports * Participate in root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D) * Follow up on corrective actions with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance * Validate segregation and disposition of non-conforming material * Data capture and analysis in ERP/MES systems * Participate in internal and external audits * Support continuous improvement projects and COPQ reduction REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality or production areas * Automotive industry experience preferred * Knowledge of: * CNC machining processes * Blueprint interpretation * Quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto, FMEA) * Basic MSA and SPC * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency * Education: Currently pursuing or completed engineering degree * Basic English (preferred) SKILLS ✔ Critical thinking ✔ Teamwork ✔ Effective communication ✔ Proactivity ✔ Results orientation ✔ Planning and organization WE OFFER * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Development opportunity * Continuous training * Excellent work environment Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
