Additionally, support the daily operation of the Sandwich Shop by ensuring proper food preparation and presentation, as well as compliance with quality, organization, and cleanliness standards—contributing to team effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1\. Customer Service and Experience * Greet, serve, and bid farewell to customers warmly and positively, reflecting the brand’s service culture. * Recommend menu items and suggest side dishes or promotions to drive sales. * Ensure each order is complete, well-presented, and delivered within the designated timeframe. * Promptly resolve customer inquiries, feedback, or issues with empathy and a service-oriented attitude. 2\. Operations and Service Support * Assist in order preparation, assembly, and packaging, visually verifying quality before delivery. * Maintain work areas and service stations clean, organized, and in optimal condition. * Support opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, restocking supplies, and recording operations. 3\. Payment Processing and Digital Platforms * Register orders and process payments in the **Revel** system following established procedures. * Assist in managing orders from third-party delivery platforms such as **Uber Eats** and **Rappi**, ensuring accuracy for each order. * Report any system incidents or errors to the area leader. 4\. Compliance with Standards and Brand Culture * Adhere to personal appearance policies and proper uniform usage. * Apply hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the workplace. * Collaborate with the team to achieve service and operational efficiency goals. * Participate in training sessions and organizational development activities. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Results from customer service evaluations and **Mystery Shopper** assessments. * Compliance with cleanliness and workspace presentation standards. * Positive customer reviews and ratings on digital platforms. * Accuracy in order registration and payment handling. * Collaborative attitude and active participation in teamwork. Systems and Tools * **Revel:** order registration, payment processing, and shift closure. * **Delivery platforms:** order management and tracking. * **Microsoft 365:** internal communication and training. Position Requirements * **Education:** Completed or ongoing high school diploma (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in customer service, restaurants, or fast food. * **Languages:** Basic English desirable. * **Knowledge:** Customer service, suggestive selling, and hygienic food handling. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Revel, delivery platforms, and Microsoft 365\. * **Work Schedule:** 9 hours per day, 6 days per week. * **Tips:** Participation in the weekly tip pool.
