Job Summary: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, coordinate events and campaigns, and analyze the market to strengthen brand presence. Key Highlights: 1. Market and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to support business growth. * Support annual planning and budget tracking for the marketing department. * Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence. * Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities. * Oversee promotional materials and ensure compliance with brand guidelines. * Create sales presentations and supporting materials for the sales team. * Participate in market and competitive analysis. * Coordinate the development of marketing materials with internal teams and external vendors. * Manage the monthly regional marketing newsletter. * Collaborate closely with commercial and technical teams to align strategies and projects. * Track campaign metrics and results to identify improvement opportunities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience in the food, ingredients, or related industries. * CRM proficiency. * Negotiation and communication skills. * Intermediate–advanced English. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or other design/editing tools. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary range. * 5% Savings Fund. * 5% Grocery Vouchers. * Major Medical Expense Insurance with dental and vision coverage. * Life Insurance. * Sick Leave Days. **Note:** The published salary range is provided solely as a reference for posting purposes and platform use.
