Support for cyclic inventories **Inventory Analyst** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree * 1 year of experience in a similar position * **WMS proficiency** * **Excel proficiency (INTERMEDIATE)** **Purpose of the Position:** To control the inventory of products for the assigned account by defining and supervising controls, ensuring no discrepancies occur during customer merchandise storage. **Key Responsibilities:** * Control sequential numbering of documents (supporting documents for product movements), physically verifying them against internally recorded controls. * Register and reconcile product movements in the system, analyzing and capturing information contained in documents to maintain a reliable database of stored products. * Support cyclic inventory counts as required by process needs. * Compare physical count results with system records, analyzing whether any pending movements exist and performing system corrections to support control of stored products. * Coordinate with the control desk on product replenishment according to priority classifications, providing floor staff with guidance for product picking.
