Learn more at: https://www.jnj.com/medtech **We are seeking top talent for the Hemodynamics Technician position in CDMX.** **Purpose:** The purpose of this role is to provide timely assistance in hemodynamic procedures within assigned hospitals, ensuring proper handling of equipment, instruments, and consumables required for procedures, as well as collaborating in the billing and collection process for services rendered. Additionally, the role requires ensuring compliance with quality processes and comprehensive patient care during surgical interventions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in surgical procedures within the assigned hospital setting. * Monitor and safeguard inventory of equipment and disposable materials, ensuring availability during surgeries. * Prepare and submit required reports and inventories, maintaining traceability and compliance with established standards. * Support basic training for newly hired staff on equipment operation and technical procedures. * Complete procedural reports—both physical and digital—as well as record corresponding invoice numbers. * Comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements, ensuring accurate documentation of surgical processes and procedures. * Be available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on hospital emergencies and needs. * Perform administrative tasks related to procedural support, including managing information for service billing. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient procedural care.
