Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative\-medicine **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, maintain or create reports from scratch with KPIs from the Events area * Lead the analyst team and the events team * Produce monthly departmental reports and optimize metric processes * Manage documentation and track the value transfer process * Collaborate closely with coordinators and CVT teams to validate information presented in various forums * Analyze and interpret internal and external factors affecting event execution * Develop and train user teams on effective use of the data they design * Develop and manage new projects proposed to improve department productivity * Prepare necessary presentations and reports to support specific meetings * Track speaker payment processes and address any issues arising during the process * Participate in sales, medical, and marketing committees **Qualifications / Requirements:** * Relevant majors: engineering, finance, economics, administration, systems * Experience in data analysis, dashboard design (related roles: finance, incentives, process optimization) * English: intermediate-fluent level * Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, and other dashboards is desirable.
