Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Mechanical CAD Designer **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work arrangement in CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and/or Querétaro** **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * 8–10 years of experience in the automotive industry. * Experience in designing and developing interior and exterior automotive plastic components. * Experience with injection-molded parts, body panels, and surface modeling. * Advanced proficiency in CATIA V6\. * Experience working with Enovia / 3DXperience. * Knowledge of automotive product design and development processes. * Sheet metal design experience preferred. * Press brake component and die-casting process experience preferred. * Strong communication skills and proactive attitude. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Design and develop mechanical components for the automotive industry. * Model and develop interior and exterior plastic parts (plastic trims). * Design injection-molded parts, body panels, and mechanical covers. * Develop complex 3D models and surfaces using CATIA V6\. * Manage and administer product information via Enovia / 3DXperience. * Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product development teams. * Participate in design reviews, feasibility analysis, and product improvements. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications. * Support technical documentation and design release processes. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and design optimization. **We offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll employment scheme * Salary negotiable according to experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV coverage up to 1 million MXN, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, profit-sharing distribution)
