




**PAYROLL ANALYST** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. * 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll. * Experience handling payroll ERP systems and portals: IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc. * Knowledge of accounting records (payroll provisioning) * Intermediate Excel skills **Functions and responsibilities** * Calculate and process biweekly salaries and benefits. * Record incidents such as disabilities, vacations, etc. * Calculate final settlements, severance pay, PTU, vacations and disabilities. * Calculate IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT quotas and payroll taxes. * Manage deductions and withholdings such as ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc. * Handle employee registrations, terminations and salary modifications with IMSS and added values. * Issue stamped payroll receipts, PTU, etc. * Complete RT\-7 format (work risk). * Comply with fiscal and labor regulations (IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, LFT). * Prepare payroll cost reports, staff turnover and other management indicators. * Provide support and advice to employees on payroll matters. * Follow up and resolve audit requests. * Coordinate with Treasury department for payroll disbursement. * File ISN declaration, SUA and FONACOT payments. **Additional benefits and perks** · Monthly gross salary from $15,000 to $20,000\. · Benefits exceeding legal requirements.
