Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, analytical, and proactive Accountant to ensure transparency, accuracy of financial information, and tax compliance, supporting decision-making. Support management in strategic decision-making At Spinalab, we seek an **organized, analytical, and proactive Accountant** who wants to join our team and contribute to the company's proper financial control. This position is critical for **ensuring transparency, accuracy of financial information, and tax compliance**, supporting management in strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Review daily **revenue, expense, and fixed-cost transactions** of the company. * Review **bank movements, sales, fixed and variable expenses**. * Analyze and review **monthly financial statements**. * Review **payment requests from various departments** weekly. * Manage and oversee the **weekly cash flow**. * Review and validate **tax receipts for all company transactions**. * Validate **calculation and payment of monthly taxes**. * Record **warehouse receipts and shipments**. * Conduct **cyclical and annual inventories**. * Handle and follow up on **accounting audits**. * Manage and follow up on **customer collections**. **Requirements** Proven experience in: * **Accounts Receivable** * **Accounts Payable** * **Treasury** * **Taxation** * **Accounting Records** Knowledge of **electronic invoicing (CFDI)**. Proficiency in **intermediate or advanced Excel**. Experience with **accounting systems or ERP** is desirable.
