




We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to join our **Treasury** team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting payment management, online banking platform operations, and other key administrative processes for the department. **Responsibilities:** * Scheduling supplier payments * Invoice requisition * Online banking operations * Payment of bank loans * Preparation of check vouchers * Preparation and control of checks * Reconciliation of paid checks * Settlement and service payments * Payment registration in **Oracle** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in **Administration** or **Accounting** * Proficiency in Oracle platform * Proficiency in Excel * Experience in check and invoice preparation **We offer:** * **Location:** Santa Fe, Park Plaza * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Salary:** $9,000/$10,000 gross monthly + statutory benefits
