CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING **Accounts Payable Executive** Education: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field Experience: Minimum 2\-3 years in payment control areas **Objective:** Ensure proper management, analysis, and reconciliation of payments to contractors or suppliers, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal procedures and financial regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** · Payment Control and Management: Review, validate, and process supplier payments; validate invoices, contracts, and other documents prior to payment. Participate in uploading and downloading information in RP, contracts, and invoicing. · Ensure all payments are supported by required documentation and authorizations. · Coordinate with procurement and accounting departments for payment reconciliations. Bank Reconciliations and Auditing: Perform periodic payment reconciliations and verify payment inconsistencies. Monitor accounts payable and ensure compliance with deadlines stipulated in contracts. · Identify and resolve payment discrepancies. · Analysis and Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on payments made. · Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations applicable to payments. · Maintain updated internal procedures related to payment control. · Participate in internal and external audits by providing required information. **Skills** * Proficiency in tools (RP system, Advanced Excel). * Knowledge of tax and treasury regulations applicable to payments. Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Location: Bosques de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa (Santa Fe Pants Building) Salary: $25,000 net monthly, statutory benefits Position Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
