Main Responsibilities: * Cash Flow Management: Monitoring income, bank balances, and expenses. * Bank Reconciliations: Ensuring records in the CONTPAQ system match bank statements exactly. * Accounting Entries: Recording journal entries (expenses, daily entries, and income) linked to financial and general operations; reviewing journal entries. * Invoicing: Preparing customer invoices using the CONTPAQ FACTURA system, as well as travel expense invoicing. * Petty Cash Management: Controlling main cash boxes and daily cash closures, including change handling and preparation of change funds for cashiers.
