Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages cash flow and performs bank reconciliations. 2. Performs accounting integration and invoicing. 3. Controls petty cash and prepares change funds. Main Responsibilities: * Cash Flow Management: Monitoring income, bank balances, and expenditures. * Bank Reconciliations: Ensuring records in the CONTPAQ system match bank statements precisely. * Accounting Integration: Recording journal entries (expenditures, daily entries, and income) linked to financial and general operations; reviewing journal entries. * Invoicing: Preparing customer invoices using the CONTPAQ FACTURA system, as well as travel expense invoicing. * Petty Cash Management: Controlling main cash registers and daily cash counts, as well as managing and preparing change funds for cashiers.
