





A leading company in the financial sector is looking for a Training Analyst. Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in training, content creation, onboarding, corporate training, and field training (sales). Availability: To work onsite in Santa Fe and travel occasionally. Tools: Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Designer, Canva. Training platforms: Moodle, Google Classroom, TalentLMS, Docebo, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar. Responsibilities: Design, together with Management, training programs for sales advisors, technical installers, and corporate personnel. Monitor training compliance and periodically report progress to Management. Conduct the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring proper integration. Deliver training on technical knowledge, internal processes, tools, and organizational culture. Create and update visual materials (manuals, presentations, videos, guides, etc.) focused on corporate, commercial, and technical areas. Participate in performance evaluation processes by providing observations related to training and development. Identify training needs through assessments and feedback, proposing continuous improvement actions.
