Onboarding process development and execution ### **Corporate Trainer** A leading company in the healthcare sector is looking for a **Corporate Trainer** with experience in structured training and regulatory compliance. **What are we looking for?** A professional with comprehensive training delivery experience, including e-learning environments and onboarding processes, with a focus on structure, implementation, and documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and development of training programs (in-person and e-learning) * Course implementation and training plan follow-up * Onboarding process development and execution * Results evaluation and continuous content improvement * Training process documentation * DC-3 form preparation and control * Compliance with guidelines from the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) **Requirements:** * 3–4 years of corporate training experience * Completed bachelor’s degree (postgraduate degree preferred) * Experience in course development (in-person and e-learning) * Experience in onboarding * Knowledge of DC-3 regulatory requirements * STPS certification as a trainer preferred * Willingness to travel (nationwide operations) * 100% in-person work mode **Work Location:** Polanco, CDMX **Important:** This position operates within a traditional corporate environment; therefore, **formal appearance aligned with organizational guidelines** is required. **Willingness to travel and relocate locally and nationally**
