





**Recruitment Analyst** **Requirements:** \- Gender indifferent. \- Completed bachelor's degree in administration, psychology or related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably mass recruitment. \- Desired experience with healthcare area profiles. \- Office software proficiency. \- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **Responsibilities:** **Recruitment and selection of personnel:** \- Management of various recruitment sources. \- Technical and competency-based interviews. \- Interview process coordination with department managers. \- Timely follow-up with candidates throughout the entire process. \- Support in induction and onboarding processes. **Administrative Management:** \- Generation and signing of employment contracts. \- Coordination with department heads for performance evaluations. \- Monitoring of contract expiration dates. \- Contract renewals for fixed-term or indefinite contracts. \- Management and physical/digital filing of employee and candidate records. \- Drafting memorandums, announcements, work letters, and other administrative documents. \- Support in organizing internal events and training sessions. \- Follow-up on internal processes such as signature control, document sending and receiving. **Skills and Abilities:** \- Results-oriented. \- Organized. \- Assertive communication. \- Attention to detail. **We Offer:** Base salary $10,000 to $12,000 net Statutory benefits, fully declared salary Work schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Work Location:** Mexico City, Miguel Hidalgo Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which municipality or district do you currently reside? * What types of profiles have you recruited? * What was the amount of your last monthly salary?
