Join our team as: **Organizational Development Manager** Requirements * Experience: Minimum 2\-4 years in a similar position (verifiable) * Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in a related field * Languages: Intermediate English * Knowledge of the Crehana platform * Willingness to travel Responsibilities: * Coordinate and implement strategies for **organizational development, corporate culture, internal communication, and employee well-being**. * Coordinate measurement and analysis of the organizational climate. * Implement and monitor actions derived from organizational climate survey results. * Coordinate compliance with NOM\-035 Psychosocial Risk Factors and update NMX 025. * Support implementation of prevention and organizational well-being programs aligned with NOM\-030.
