RESPONSIBILITIES * Administration of Human Resources information across various topics, including benefits, records, salaries, absences, hiring, policies, and procedures. * Administration and processing of information for new hires. * Benefits administration. * Coordination of payroll processes and related payroll records (hires, terminations, incidents, disabilities, etc.). * Updating employee information. * Vendor management. * Talent acquisition and training processes. * Support for special Human Resources projects, which may include planning, design, communication, training, and/or implementation. * Coordination of integration events and internal communications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Preferred experience in consumer goods or pharmaceutical companies. * Four years of experience in the Human Resources field. * Advanced knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), payroll processing, and other related areas. * Intermediate Excel proficiency, HR-related KPIs in SAP B1, and vendor management. **Offer Conditions:** **Net Monthly Salary:** 30000
