Ease of interaction with children, parents, and families EVALUATION PSYCHOLOGIST Salary: 18,000\.00 (MXN) \- 21,000\.00 (MXN) per month Job Description: A nonprofit institution dedicated to providing therapeutic, psychological, and professional care to children and adolescents—prioritizing individual and family well-being—seeks: *\* Evaluation Psychologist*\* Required: Completed master’s degree or specialization (internship completed) in Neuropsychology, Child and Adolescent Assessment, Child Psychotherapy, Childhood Trauma, or related field, with specialization in children and adolescents · Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Neuropsychology, Child and Adolescent Assessment, Child Psychotherapy, Childhood Trauma, or related field. Master’s degree and related studies in Trauma, Childhood Trauma, Complex Trauma, or vulnerable populations, or similar. · Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable clinical experience conducting assessments and evaluations with vulnerable populations. · Profile and Responsibilities: \- Strong interpersonal skills with children, parents, families, and effective communication abilities. \- Administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychometric tests and assessment techniques. \- In-depth interviews with parents to explore the child’s health status, formulate conclusions, and explain evaluation results to parents. \- Preparation of comprehensive psychological and school reports, including diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations. \- Ability to distinguish between cognitive impairments and academic performance. \- Broad clinical knowledge and skills (working with children, adolescents, parents, school staff, feedback provision, etc.). \- Neuropsychology knowledge is desirable. \- Basic knowledge of sensory-perceptual and motor functions. \- Conducting feedback sessions with patients, family members, and schools. \- Must possess tact and/or affinity to ascertain that the evaluated individual’s information is truthful and accurate for proper assessment, while safeguarding relationships among the evaluated person, parents, and interpersonal dynamics. \- Diagnosis across cognitive, socioemotional, neuropsychological, and psychomotor domains. \- Administrative tasks, report preparation, result interpretation, test administration, etc. \- Capacity for self-assessment and openness to learning. \- Collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment for comprehensive treatment · Work location (in-person): Tecamachalco · Salary: Fixed monthly fee-for-service compensation. · Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monthly fee-for-service payment.
