Administer polygraph examinations in accordance with established methodologies and protocols. 2\. Prepare the examinee by explaining the procedure, scope, and informed consent. 3\. Develop control, relevant, and comparative questionnaires aligned with the evaluation’s objective. 4\. Operate the polygraph equipment correctly and verify its calibration. 5\. Analyze charts and physiological reactions according to technical standards. 6\. Determine results based on technical criteria and internal procedures. 7\. Prepare clear, technically sound, and properly substantiated reports of findings. 8\. Compile and safeguard physical and digital polygraph evaluation files. 9\. Ensure absolute confidentiality of all information obtained. 10\. Implement access controls, data protection measures, and result traceability. 11\. Support evaluation processes for hiring, retention, promotion, or internal investigations. 12\. Coordinate with Security, Human Resources, and Legal departments as applicable. 13\. Conduct special evaluations arising from incidents or internal investigations. 14\. Comply with internal guidelines, codes of ethics, and evaluation protocols. 15\. Stay updated on techniques, methodologies, and regulations related to trust assessments. Technical Knowledge * Polygraph evaluation methodologies. * Development of pre- and post-test questionnaires and interviews. * Interpretation of polygraph charts. * Trust control protocols. * Regulations applicable to the private security sector. * Handling of confidential files.
