Job Summary: We are seeking an expert Java Technical Leader with Cloud Native expertise to lead strategic projects, serving as the bridge between business vision and technical execution. Mentor the team on the Java/K8s/GCP stack. **Role Summary** We are looking for a **Java Technical Leader** with deep expertise in **Cloud Native** environments to lead strategic projects. This role is critical: you will serve as the bridge between the client’s business vision and the team’s technical execution, ensuring that solutions on **Google Cloud Platform** are scalable, secure, and aligned with end-user objectives. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** * **Java Expert:** Advanced proficiency in Java (11 or later) and the **Spring** ecosystem (Boot, Cloud, Security). * **Orchestration and Containers:** In-depth experience with **Kubernetes (GKE)** and Docker for microservice deployment. * **Cloud:** Proven experience designing solutions on **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. * **Data Strategy:** \* **PostgreSQL:** Relational schema design, query optimization, and transaction handling. * **MongoDB:** NoSQL data modeling and management of large-scale data volumes. * **Architecture:** Experience designing distributed systems, messaging (Pub/Sub or Kafka), and security (OAuth2/OpenID). **Communication and Consulting Skills** * **Technical Client Liaison:** Ability to lead technical meetings with stakeholders, defend architectural decisions, and report progress clearly. * **Requirement Translation:** Skill in transforming ambiguous client needs into precise user stories and technical tickets. * **Crisis Management:** Composure and clarity when communicating technical incidents or delays, always proposing mitigation plans. * **Mentoring:** Ability to transfer knowledge of the stack (Java/K8s/GCP) across the team. **Key Responsibilities** * **Lead the technical design** of the solution using the Java/GCP/K8s stack. * **Validate requirements** directly with the client to ensure technical feasibility from Day 1\. * **Ensure code quality** through code reviews and implementation of unit/integration tests. * **Optimize database performance** (PostgreSQL and MongoDB) according to system load. * **Act as a trusted technical consultant** for the client, proactively suggesting platform improvements. **What We’re Looking For** * More than **7 years** of software development experience. * Minimum **2 years** in technical leadership or architecture roles. **Advanced English (C1\):** Ability to discuss technical solutions with international clients.
