**Job Objective** Execute the operational process of attracting and selecting human talent, ensuring efficient coverage of operational and administrative vacancies through digital and field-based strategies, while guaranteeing regulatory compliance in file integration and personnel reliability. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * **End-to-End Recruitment:** Daily management of job posting on digital platforms (Recruitment 3.0) and execution of field strategies (flyer distribution, bulletin board postings, and job fairs) to ensure a steady flow of candidates into the database (PORTFOLIO). * **Selection and Evaluation:** Conduct competency-based interviews and initial screening, as well as administration and interpretation of psychometric test batteries (Machover / HTP / Clever). * **Control and Compliance:** Execute trust control processes (routine and extraordinary), and integrate physical and digital files. * **Administrative Management:** Handle first-instance separation procedures and collaborate in developing and standardizing job profiles. * **Operational Metrics:** Record and report daily recruitment indicators to feed the coordination’s control dashboards. **Profile We Are Seeking:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or Human Resources (current student or graduate). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in generalist HR roles, with proven experience in recruiting operational profiles and private security personnel (preferred). * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) and **Google Drive**. * Expertise in recruitment channels and social media management. * Ability to interpret psychometric and projective tests. * **Key Competencies:** Results orientation, high frustration tolerance, analytical ability, and teamwork skills. **What We Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Location:** Mexico City, San Ángel.
