Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer or Technician in Electronics or Automotive Mechanics with experience in GPS equipment for activation, configuration, inventory control, and customer support. Teamwork and a strong sense of urgency ***Requirements:*** * Degree: Engineering or Technical degree in Electronics or Automotive Mechanics; completed and verifiable. * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge and proficiency. * Minimum one year of essential experience with GPS and satellite tracking equipment. * Proactive. * Customer service experience. * Eagerness to learn and develop professionally. * Punctuality. * Teamwork and a strong sense of urgency. ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform GPS equipment activations and functional testing. * Enter information into various databases, including record creation and deletion. * Configure GPS equipment. * Manage GPS equipment inventory. * Support reporting and follow-up for the customer service department. * Assist the Equipment Programming department with preparation, deliveries, and shipments. * Supervise and coordinate courier services. * Provide customer support and assistance.
