Position Summary: We are seeking a technician for preventive maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, with emphasis on failure diagnosis and precision adjustments. Key Highlights: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment. 2. Diagnoses failures and performs precision mechanical adjustments. 3. Collaborates in operational testing and proposes improvements. **1. Main Functions and Responsibilities** * **Disassembly and Assembly:** Disassemble electrical equipment for inspection * **Preventive Maintenance:** Technical cleaning, bearing lubrication, and replacement of worn mechanical parts. * **Failure Diagnosis:** Identify unusual vibrations, mechanical overheating, or noises in rotating equipment. * **Component Repair:** Precision mechanical adjustments. * **Operational Testing:** Collaborate in load and startup tests following mechanical repair. **2. Desired Competencies (Soft Skills)** * **Attention to Detail:** Critical for millimeter-level precision adjustments. * **Safety Focus:** Strict knowledge of safety protocols. * **Proactivity:** Ability to propose improvements to maintenance plans. * **Working Under Pressure:** Efficiency in emergency repairs. **3. Tools and Equipment to Handle** * Multimeter and clamp meter (basic knowledge required). * Laser alignment equipment. * Hand and pneumatic tools.
