HVAC systems maintenance **OMESE Group is seeking an Air Conditioning Technician for a new project** **Location:** Azcapotzalco (area near Fortuna Suburban Station) **Available Shifts:** * Morning shift: 07:00–15:00 hours * Afternoon shift: 15:00–22:30 hours * Night shift: 22:30–06:00 hours **Work schedule:** Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems by efficiently executing preventive and corrective activities, guaranteeing compliance with organizational and client-established standards for quality, safety, and service. **We Offer** * Net monthly salary: * Morning shift: $14,000 * Afternoon shift: $14,500 * Night shift: $14,800 * Statutory benefits from day one * Complimentary uniform * Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company * Job stability and professional development opportunities **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC systems maintenance * Basic knowledge of CMMS/OT systems and Excel proficiency * Ability to interpret digital technical manuals * Availability to work the indicated shifts * Residence within a one-hour commute from the worksite **Required Technical Knowledge** * Diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning equipment (mini\-split, packaged units, VRF) * Measurement of operational parameters (temperature, pressure, electrical current) * Vacuum, refrigerant charging, and recovery procedures * Use of welding tools and torches * Replacement of components (compressors, fans, capacitors) * Technical cleaning of coils, drain pans, and ducts * Thermostat calibration * Basic knowledge of electricity and hydrosanitary installations * Interpretation of electrical and refrigeration diagrams * Application of industrial safety standards (use of PPE, lockout\-tagout, working at heights) **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive maintenance services according to established schedules and work orders * Diagnose and rectify faults in HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components * Conduct leak-tightness, vacuum, and refrigerant charging tests per technical procedures * Prepare detailed service reports, including operational readings, materials used, and photographic evidence * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures * Report operational deviations and propose timely corrective actions * Properly manage assigned tools, equipment, and materials * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace under the 5S methodology
