We are looking for your talent as: **Accounts Receivable Analyst.** Your primary mission will be to serve as the responsible party for: optimizing and ensuring the cash conversion cycle by effectively managing the credit risk of the distributor and national accounts portfolio, as well as the company’s cash flow through timely collection of receivables, credit risk assessment and management, minimizing bad debt losses, and maintaining a healthy financial relationship with strategic customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Executing the collections plan (preventive, current, and overdue) for the wholesale distributor and national accounts portfolio * Analyzing and evaluating the financial solvency of new and existing customers to establish or modify credit lines * Proficiently operating the SAP module for querying open items, applying payments, managing credit/debit memos, and generating account statements; ensuring accurate and timely application of bulk payments (wire transfers, deposits with reference) in SAP, maintaining a clean receivables portfolio, and administering key customers’ B2B web portals * Managing the reconciliation of open items by applying credit memos, recording accounting adjustments, and ensuring the receivables balance is accurate and reliable * Negotiating with strategic, national, wholesale, or retail customers **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree completed * **SAP experience (verifiable; technical test will be administered)** * Proficiency in web portals for uploading customer invoices (retail and wholesale) * Administration and management of the customer payment cycle * Negotiation and organizational skills **What do we offer?** * Direct employment * Competitive salary (determined through a compensation analysis) * Superior benefits: Social Security, Savings Fund, Grocery Vouchers, Restaurant Vouchers, and an above-average Christmas bonus Position type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
