In this position, you will serve as the key liaison between our clients and the development team, ensuring that all technical needs are addressed efficiently. Your role involves resolving complex technical issues, providing assistance and training to end users, and collaborating with the development team to enhance our products and services. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing and printing equipment Structured cabling for voice/data. Telecommunications (networks, routers, switches, access points, etc.) Telephony (IP configuration and telephone networks) Management and configuration of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, handhelds, laptops, etc.) Antivirus. Windows 8, 10, 11 Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 Office 2013, 2016, 2019, 2021, 2024 User support Minimum requirements for this position include a technical or university degree in computer science, prior experience in technical support, and a strong sense of responsibility and proactivity. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
