




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, managing social security, tax, and regulatory compliance aspects. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and current regulations We are currently seeking talent for the Payroll Analyst role As a Payroll Analyst, you will ensure accurate, timely, and legally compliant processing of the company’s various payrolls (weekly and bi-weekly) for a workforce exceeding 300 employees. Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (degree holder or intern with technical certification). • Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable payroll experience, preferably managing large workforces (300+ employees) and operational/constructive schemes. • Mandatory Technology Tools: o Advanced proficiency in CONTPAQi Payroll system (mandatory configuration, electronic stamping, and reporting). o Microsoft Excel: Intermediate-Advanced level (logical formulas, pivot tables, data lookups such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for SUA vs. Payroll audits). o Full mastery of official government portals: SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, SAT, and state-level platforms for ISN, ICSOE, and SISUB. • Essential Technical Knowledge: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), Income Tax Law (ISR), and current regulations on subcontracting and construction project registration. What will your responsibilities be? 1. Payroll Processing and Calculation • Multi-Entity Management: Comprehensive processing and validation of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for over 300 employees across different legal entities or employer registrations. • Incident Control: Daily capture, tracking, and system application of incidents (absences, tardiness, disabilities, vacations, overtime). • Special Calculations: Accurate execution of annual and special payments: year-end bonuses (aguinaldos), profit-sharing (PTU), bonuses, commissions, and extraordinary gratifications. • Tax Calculations: Correct determination and withholding of ISR on salaries and calculation of IMSS withholdings for employees. 2. Social Security and Tax Obligations • Affiliation Transactions: Daily management of employee registrations, cancellations, and salary adjustments with IMSS via IDSE and SUA. • Integrated Base Salary Calculation: Determination, validation, and submission of Integrated Base Salaries for Contributions (SBC), adjusted bimonthly or annually based on labor anniversaries. • Payment Line Issuance: Monthly and bimonthly reconciliation of payment proposals through SIPARE. • Annual Declarations: Preparation, calculation, and submission of the Annual Work Risk Insurance Premium Declaration to IMSS in February. 3. Separations and Settlements • Timely settlement calculations and strict adherence to LFT for severance payments and contract terminations. • Calculation of ISR upon separation and corresponding proportional portions. 4. Specialized Reporting and Construction/Subcontracting Compliance • Audit Platforms: Control and submission of quarterly reports to ICSOE (IMSS) and SISUB (INFONAVIT). • Construction Sector / Projects: Handling, registration, and tracking of construction projects and contracts via the SIROC system. • Local Tax: Monthly calculation and determination of the applicable State Payroll Tax (ISN). Critical Competencies: Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Zero tolerance for numerical or informational errors affecting employees or triggering fines. • Organization and Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and strictly adhere to payroll disbursement schedules and fiscal cutoff deadlines. • Discretion and Confidentiality: High ethical standards in handling personal data and corporate salary structures. • Problem-Solving: Proactive resolution of discrepancies between SUA and the payroll system. o Advanced proficiency in CONTPAQi Payroll system (mandatory configuration, electronic stamping, and reporting). o Microsoft Excel: Intermediate-Advanced level (logical formulas, pivot tables, data lookups such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for SUA vs. Payroll audits). o Full mastery of official government portals: SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, SAT, and state-level platforms for ISN, ICSOE, and SISUB. o Essential Technical Knowledge: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), Income Tax Law (ISR), and current regulations on subcontracting and construction project registration.
