Professional development in logistics and supply chain Logistics Assistant · Location: Atizapán de Zaragoza, Esmeralda Zone Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM Job Objective Provide operational and administrative support to the Logistics department, ensuring the proper flow of materials, information, and supply chain-related processes, thereby contributing to the achievement of departmental goals. Responsibilities Support daily operations within the Logistics department. Track purchase orders, deliveries, and goods movements. Coordinate activities with Procurement and Warehouse departments to ensure operational continuity. Maintain up-to-date logistics records, reports, and documentation. Support inventory control and tracking. Contribute to the proper functioning of the supply chain. Perform administrative tasks related to the department. Requirements Education: Technical degree, incomplete university degree, or recent graduate in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Age: 20 to 25 years old. Basic knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work in a team and attention to detail. Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and proactivity. We Offer Monthly salary: $12,500 – $13,000 MXN, tax-free per month (under a mixed compensation scheme: part nominal, part invoiced). Statutory benefits. Grocery allowance.
