Responsibilities: Coordinate internal labor relations Interact with Management Carry out separation processes. Implement and monitor disciplinary measures. Calculate severance payments Prepare monthly reports Advise operational departments on best practices in labor relations. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and other applicable regulations. Draft and implement administrative minutes and corrective actions. Administer employee termination and separation processes. Prevent labor risks through corrective actions and operational support. We Offer: 1. Net salary of MXN 20,000 2.
