At AG Comunicaciones, we seek a Community Manager who serves as the digital bridge between our company, the candidates we aim to attract, and the customers in the regions where we operate. This is a role with tangible impact across two key areas: employer branding and brand presence. · ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. Certifications in Meta Blueprint, TikTok for Business, Google Analytics, or Community Management are valued. · EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year of experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager (agency, corporate, or freelance). Management of Facebook and Instagram Business pages. Video production and editing for TikTok and Reels. Digital community engagement (DMs and comments). Reading and interpreting platform metrics. Preferred: experience in telecommunications, retail, or digital recruitment. · TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Meta Business Suite (advanced level). Video editing: CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or similar tools. Basic graphic design: Canva, Adobe Express. Social media copywriting. Meta Ads Manager (intermediate–advanced level). Analytics: Meta Insights and TikTok Analytics. WhatsApp Business for candidate management. · WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary commensurate with experience and proven qualifications.
