**We are hiring! \| Junior F2F Termination Supervisor** ------------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Centro, CDMX Venustiano Carranza #64, Mezzanine, Col. Centro, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc **Salary:** $20,500 gross monthly \+ $2,500 bonus (starting from the 4th month) *The first 3 months will be for evaluation and training* **Work modality:** 100% in-person ### **Do you have experience in Human Resources, employee support, and managing labor termination processes?** Join our team and develop your expertise by leading large-scale operations within the HR department. **Key responsibilities** --------------------------------- ✔ In-person (F2F) support to employees undergoing termination processes ✔ Follow-up on final settlements and liquidations ✔ Advisory services regarding compensation and benefits ✔ Addressing questions related to IMSS and the Federal Labor Law (LFT) ✔ Handling and tracking high volumes of cases ✔ Coordination and support to work teams ✔ Generation and analysis of reports **Requirements** -------------- ✔ Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Labor Law, or related field ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position ✔ Knowledge of: * Labor terminations * Final settlements and liquidations * Compensation and benefits * Federal Labor Law and IMSS ✔ Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and data analysis) **Profile we seek** ----------------------- ✔ Strong verbal communication skills ✔ Excellent attitude and customer service orientation ✔ Ability to work under pressure and toward objectives ✔ Frustration tolerance ✔ Conflict resolution skills ✔ Self-directed learning ability ✔ Experience in large-scale operations **We offer** ------------- ✨ Competitive salary \+ monthly bonus ✨ Statutory benefits ✨ Continuous training ✨ Professional development ✨ Excellent work environment **Are you interested?
