Performance indicator management and training programs **Project Leader and Mobile Application Manager** **Position Objective** Manage and operate GERSA's mobile application, focused on connecting sector professionals (installers, plumbers, and technicians) with customers interested in their services. Responsible for user promotion, acquisition, and retention. Monitor performance indicators, manage training programs, and execute campaigns to attract users and professionals to join the app. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Promote the application through advertising and communication strategies to achieve sustained subscriber growth and attract installers, plumbers, and technicians specialized in these fields to offer their services. * Validate information and documents submitted in user registration requests (professionals and customers). * Develop and manage training programs via the app for installers and technicians, ensuring they remain updated on products and services that help enhance their profiles within the app. * Track customer service requests to ensure proper handling. * Implement and supervise a loyalty and incentive program for installers and plumbers, encouraging their active participation in the app. * Monitor the app’s performance indicators and report areas of opportunity. * Propose and manage platform enhancements in collaboration with the app development provider. * Generate periodic reports for senior management, including results analysis and proposals for continuous improvement. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. **Experience:** * 1 year of experience managing digital platform projects. * Experience in user acquisition strategies, digital advertising, and user retention. * Preferred experience in retail or technical services industries. * Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on digital platforms. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **We Offer:** * Direct employment contract with the company. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, PTU). * Competitive salary. * Weekly payment via BBVA. * 30-day year-end bonus. * Additional food vouchers on top of salary. * 5% savings fund. * 25% vacation bonus.
