JOIN OUR TEAM!! ### **Functional Support Analyst** * **Location: CDMX, Paseo de la Reforma Avenue.** * **Work modality: On-site.** * **Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (conversational) is mandatory.** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience with Jira or other ticketing tools (basic level for ticket logging and tracking). * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating results presentations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for generating progress reports, results, behavioral analysis, and charts. * Software development experience is not required. * Ability to understand web platform functionality and guide customers in their use. * Ability to understand corporate credit products. * Willingness to undergo training on the client’s new credit platforms. * Ability to participate in customer meetings, understand the product, and guide customers through registration and credit application via a web platform. * Strong communication skills to interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate guidance. * Experience in customer service and support. **We offer:** * Career development plan. * 100% payroll-based compensation scheme. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Training programs and certifications. * Partnerships with various companies.
