DE C.V., SOFOM E.N.R. is seeking a Collections Agent for Credit Constructor \- Benito Juárez, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Responsibilities:** Recover loans through various communication channels (80% via WhatsApp) Obtain payment commitments, restructuring commitments, and repayment plans. Carry out recovery protocol processing tasks. Achieve recovery targets, implement portfolio management strategies, and offer customers alternative payment options. **Required Knowledge:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Prior knowledge of financial products is desirable. **Required Experience:** Individuals with a positive attitude, strong commitment, and eagerness to learn. No prior experience is required: we provide full training. However, please note that our offices will relocate to Polanco before year-end. Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00–18:00 and 11:00–20:00, with one weekday rest day according to operational needs.
